Boil egg and potatoes. Cut potatoes into halves. Cut 1 onion and all tomatoes into small pieces. Make a paste with the remaining onion, ginger and garlic.
Heat Healthy & Tasty Mustard Oil in a deep pan and sauté the eggs. Fry the potatoes for 3-4 min
Add bay leaves, cut onion pieces and sauté. Add green chillies, the paste of onion, ginger and garlic and let it fry for 3-4 min.
Mix Mantra Dalna Masala with ½ cup water and add to the pan and add salt to taste.
Add the fried eggs and potatoes, and cook till the gravy is thick. Serve hot.
