Soya Matar
Bring in the all nutritious peas and the protein rich Soya, to make this wonderful subji that goes with roti as well as rice.

Ingredients
- 3-4 Cup Advans Soya chunks (boiled and squeezed dry)
- ¼ Cup French beans (finely chopped)
- ¼ Cup Green Peas
- ¼ Cup Onion (Chopped)
- 2 Green Chillies (Chopped)
- 1½ tsp Ginger, Garlic (Chopped)
- ½ Cup Fresh Coconut (grated)
- 1 pinch Asafoetida powder/ Hing
- 1 pinch Turmeric powder
- ½ tsp Cumin seeds
- ½ tsp Mustard seeds
- 2 Dry red chillies
- ½ Lemon
- 1½ tsp Healthy & Tasty Soyabean oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat Healthy & Tasty Soyabean oil in a pan
- Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds. Allow to splutter
- Add asafoetida powder, turmeric powder, dry red chillies
- Add chopped garlic, ginger, green chilli and onion and saute.
- Add Nutri soya mini chunks. Saute for 5 mins on slow flame
- Add French beans, green peas and mix
- Add salt and lemon
- Garnish with freshly grated coconut
- Serve hot
