Heat refined Healthy & Tasty Soyabean oil in a pan and fry cooked Advans Soya chunks till light golden brown. Keep aside
Heat oil in cooker. Add bay leaf, 1 cinnamon stick, star anise, javitri, 1 green cardamom, onion. Saute’ till onion turns light golden brown
Add soaked rice, salt, water. Let it cook for 10mins. The rice should be half cooked. Keep aside
Heat oil in a separate pan. Add onion, green chilli, 2 cloves, 2 green cardamoms, 2 brown cardamoms, 1 cinnamon stick, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder.
Add Advans Soya chunks and fry for 2 mins on medium flame. Add salt
Add curd, mint leaves and fry for 2 more mins
When it becomes thick, add the half-cooked rice and mix evenly
In a separate pan, fry 1 green cardamom, 1 brown cardamom, black pepper, 1 clove on high flame till nice aroma comes out. Grind it and sprinkle the mixture on the Biryani.
Cook in slow flame with closed lid (steam cooking)
Nurti Soya Biryani is ready to serve with gravy of choice of vegetable raita
