Ingredients

  • Healthy & Tasty Mustard Oil  As per requirement
  • 10-12 gms Healthy & Tasty Mantra Dalna Masala As per taste
  • 2 pcs Bay Leaves
  • 3 pcs Potatao Medium
  • 4 pcs Eggs
  • 2 pcs Tomatoes Medium
  • 2 pcs Onions
  • 3 pcs Green Chillies
  • 7 gms Garlic Paste
  • 7 gms Ginger Paste
  • Salt As per taste

Instructions

  • Boil egg and potatoes. Cut potatoes into halves. Cut 1 onion and all tomatoes into small pieces. Make a paste with the remaining onion, ginger and garlic.
  • Heat Healthy & Tasty Mustard Oil in a deep pan and sauté the eggs. Fry the potatoes for 3-4 min
  • Add bay leaves, cut onion pieces and sauté. Add green chillies, the paste of onion, ginger and garlic and let it fry for 3-4 min.
  • Mix Mantra Dalna Masala with ½ cup water and add to the pan and add salt to taste.
